1. Introduction

HopHop.ai is a product of ZeroX GmbH ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, applications, and websites ("Services") provided by ZeroX GmbH.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Description of Service

HopHop is a route planning and optimization service accessible via web browser and mobile applications. It provides intelligent route optimization, multi-stop trip planning, navigation assistance, and productivity features for personal or professional use.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We are not responsible for your use of the Service while driving or operating a vehicle. Always follow applicable traffic laws and do not interact with the app while driving.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

5. Subscriptions

Certain features of our Services are available through paid subscription plans ("Subscriptions"). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

  • Billing cycles may be monthly or yearly, as selected at the time of purchase
  • Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the respective app store
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

6. Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans. During a free trial, you can explore premium features at no cost.

  • If payment information is required, you will not be charged until the trial ends
  • You may cancel at any time before the trial expires to avoid being charged
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate free trials at any time without notice
  • Free trials are limited to one per user or household

7. Fees and Pricing Changes

We may adjust subscription fees or introduce new charges at any time. Any price changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' prior notice.

  • New pricing will apply at your next renewal period following the notice
  • Continued use of the Services after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing
  • You may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect if you do not agree to the changes
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your subscription

8. Web Billing and Payments

For subscriptions purchased through our website, payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your subscription plan
  • You can manage your subscription and payment methods through your account dashboard
  • By using our payment services, you also agree to be bound by the terms and privacy policies of our payment processors

9. Refunds

All payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

  • Refunds for in-app purchases must be requested through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective policies
  • Refunds for web-based subscriptions may be requested by contacting our support team within 14 days of purchase
  • We may refuse refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or fraud

10. User Accounts and Access

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintaining and updating your information to keep it accurate
  • Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach

We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms. Shared logins or account sharing is prohibited.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services safely and lawfully, and to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide truthful and accurate information
  • Respect the rights of other users
  • Not use the Service while operating a vehicle or in situations requiring your full attention

12. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service
  • Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated tools to access, copy, or extract content from the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure, servers, or networks
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Collect, harvest, or store personal data of other users without authorization
  • Impersonate any person, entity, or falsely represent your affiliation
  • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
  • Circumvent any technical measures we use to provide or protect the Service
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our express written consent

13. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code, are owned by ZeroX GmbH or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software without our prior written consent.

14. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through our Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

15. Third-Party Services

Our Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, services, or applications, including mapping and navigation providers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

16. Service Availability

We strive to ensure our Services are available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our Services.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEROX GMBH AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZeroX GmbH and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

20. Termination

You may stop using our Services at any time. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription—you must manage that through your account settings or the respective app store.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, engage in fraud, or cause harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately.

21. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZeroX GmbH regarding our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
